2.2 You can freely participate in the Tribe’s activities, events and projects, as well as make use of the platforms, tools, and resources made available by Yolar, and where there are physical facilities, you will only be allowed to use them, only if your membership is current and your Virtual Affiliate Program fully paid up, or if you have made acceptable payment arrangements with the Tribe.

Everyone joins The Tribe as a VA. The VA is simply a student of the Virtual Affiliate Program for a long as they’re members of the Tribe.

A VA is eligible to start a team in a community, state, region and/or country without an already existing team after at least 6 months of being a VA. The Tribe has several membership types, which are detailed in the Tribe’s information page.

When you join the Tribe, you pledge to stay a member for the duration of the Commitment Period. If you opt to pay your Love Token (or any other payment, donation or gifts) monthly or annually, your Tribe membership will automatically renew at the fee rate applicable to your membership type and category once the Commitment Period ends. Membership at that time, however it is subject to termination under paragraph 7.2 (b).

The Tribe shall determine the level of fees and will evaluate them on a regular basis. The Tribe maintains the right to amend the cost structure at any time, however your rates will not increase during your Commitment Period. We will give you at least 30 days prior notice of any changes to the Love Token. The following is a list of resources.

Fees take precedence:
5.1 Membership fees; The amount of membership fees is decided by the kind and category of membership.

5.2 Adventure fees; Where the Yter is resident in a region with a Physical Hub, the hub can independently determine the cost of their adventure and outings, and raise the funds for it communally.

5.3 Guest user fee; Where applicable, The Tribe will establish a cost for Persons not members of the tribe who would like to use the Tribe’s platforms and/or facilities from time to time.

5.4 Additional Fees; The Tribe will set all other fees and rates for the sale of clothing, tickets, and any other merchandise or services from time to time.

5.5 For the Love Token, only card payments are allowed. We will write to you if your bank fails to make a required direct debit payment from your account. We reserve the right to contact your bank twice in one calendar month to request payment by direct debit, and we reserve the right to transfer any late payments to a debt collection agency. It’s possible that a levy for failed direct debit payments will be charged.

5.6 If any membership costs are not paid within 30 days of the due date, the whole membership cost for the remaining commitment term becomes due and payable in full.

5.7 We may select a payment processing agency to receive and collect your monthly or annual direct debit installments and direct/credit card payments. You will not be charged an additional fee for the processing services provided by such an agency.

If a member is unable to engage with the Tribe and its activities, due to illness or injury, he or she may suspend his or her membership for a period of at least one month and up to six months. The Tribe must receive written notice 30 days before the next direct debit is due. If the suspension is for another cause, such as financial hardship, the Tribe will be willing to make an agreeable arrangement. Suspension during the Commitment Period will lengthen the Commitment Period. A suspension period cannot run concurrently with membership.

7.1 The Tribe’s Termination

We may terminate this agreement in the following circumstances: (a) if you violate this agreement or the Tribe’s membership regulations in a serious or repeated manner and the breach is not corrected within 7 days of receiving a default notice, if it is remediable;

(c) If any part of your Love Token is not paid within 30 days of the due date, or

(c) If you supply us with incorrect information while applying for membership and we find out, we will terminate your membership.

Our decision to give you membership would have been influenced by your misleading declaration. We reserve the right to keep a portion or a total of the money paid if we cancel for any of these reasons.

7.2 Your termination

You have the right to terminate this agreement in the following circumstances:

(a) You may give notice to terminate at any time during the Commitment Period, but this will not end the Commitment Period. Before the end of the Commitment Period, you can cancel your membership.

(b) You may cancel your membership at any time during the commitment period by giving the Tribe at least one month’s notice, so that your membership ends at the end of the next calendar month

This failure can be traced back to:

(a) It’s your fault

(b) A third party unrelated to our performance of our obligations under this agreement; or

(c) Unforeseen or unavoidable events that neither we nor our provider could have predicted or avoided even if we had taken every precaution.

Members are required to read and follow all Health and Safety notices shared in our Tribe Precepts.

If the Tribe is sold or disposed of to another organization or person, we may transfer your membership to the new owner, and you will continue to be a member of the Tribe and pay your membership costs as long as these terms and the Tribe regulations remain unchanged.
